Recent News: General Manager of Signature Grand Awarded Ft. Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce Hero of the Month! Not to long ago, Michael Berry, General Manager of the Signature Grand, participated in the Leadership Broward Program. He has since become an active leader in the LBF Board and Executive Committee as VP of Special Events. Because of this, the Signature Grand signed on as a Community Trustee and provides generous financial and in-kind donations and hosts various “Signature” events. Michael, with the assistance from a few of his LBF friends, created an 8-week etiquette course for at-risk children and young adults hosted by the Signature Grand, which helped them to learn valuable lessons while enjoying wonderful meals in an elegant setting that they might not have otherwise had.
The Ft. Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce’s mission is to:
• Strengthen public trust in and support for our school system
• Host Educational Forums to encourage community feedback on issues that directly affect education in Broward County
• Provide more support and resources for Broward County schoolchildren and facilitate business partnerships with Broward County Public Schools
